Local Councils

Local Councils are responsible for providing a range of services to residents at County, District and Parish level . Some services may be of particular benefit to older people or those with disabilities. South Bucks District Council for example operates a Concessionary Bus Fares Scheme, a Dial A Ride Scheme and, in conjunction with other organisations, a Handy Van Scheme.
