Finding your way around the pdf version of the Directory 
There are two indexes in the Directory. The Index of Contents by main subject headings can be found on Pages 4 and 5  and the more detailed A - Z Index of Contents on Pages 175 - 180. 

To find your way quickly to any particular page 
From the Index of Contents on Pages 4 to 5 of the Directory there are direct links to all subjects. Alternatively if you know the page number you want, type it in the small box at the bottom of the screen where the current page number will be showing. Press "enter" to go straight there. Arrows to the left and right of the box allow the previous and next page to be shown immediately. 


To search for a particular word or phrase 
Click on "Search" in the Adobe toolbar towards the top of the screen and type in the word or phrase you are looking for.
