              Age Concern Bucks supports older people and their carers locally in many ways including :

Advice and information service including benefits advice. Also telephone advice, 
home visits to housebound , assistance with completion of benefits application forms.
Befriending scheme - volunteer befrienders visit lonely older people in their homes
Advocacy service

Age Concern Slough offers an advice, information and advocacy service to older people. Age Concern Slough has several day centres for older people and also runs the Handy Person Scheme.

Free telephone advice and information service for older people, their relatives and friends, as well as professionals and carers. Produces extensive range of factsheets, up to five of which may be ordered free of charge. Reference copies of all Factsheets are held at Burnham Advice and Information Centre.
