Group sessions at Yoga Motion with a maximum of 5 people so that the classes are small
so that everyone gets the most out of the class - Taught over 4 sessions
 
Hosted sessions (this is where the classes are held at someone's home who acts as the host.
This is for a minimum of 4 people (incl. host) - the host has the classes for free.
