Tel. 01494 654600Disability Employment Advisers are based at Job Centres and assist people with disabilities to find appropriate employment or training. They work in partnership with a number of agencies that help people with disabilities prepare for employment.

Access to Work is available to overcome the practical problems caused by disability. Through ATW the Employment Service can in certain circumstances, make a grant towards the extra costs that can arise due to a person’s disability e.g. special aids to employment, adaptations to premises, support worker for practical assistance.
